School shopping. Me and my friend Stefanie took our older girls shopping for school clothes at the Southcenter mall. I could barely walk at the end of the day, but it was fun. It's been our little tradition for the last few years. The little girls got to stay at the Kimballs house with Stefanie's way fun sister Taylor.

Heres a picture of TJ. The girls have been taking alot of pictures lately and I'm not sure which one took this picture. I havent blogged on Tj much and he is growing up so much. He is saying so many new things. His favorites are Halle, Ball, Door, and Daddy. He is doing alot of repeating what we say, which is adorable. TJ climbs everything, jumps off of everything, loves the dirt, and loves to play ball. He has a very acurate throw and he can hit the ball randomly when its thrown to him.
Grandma Thim's sister Pathea is visiting from California and she came over and taught us how to make fried spring rolls.

The little girls learned how to peel the wrappers and roll the spring rolls.

Some for the freezer.

The finished product.

Chloe's birthday was on August 15th. She is a big 4yr old now and for her birthday she wanted to get her hair done by our buddy Amanda. So that was our first stop.
A trim
and some hairspray.

All done. So CUTE!

She had to stop and play with Audrey.

2nd birthday stop the nail salon. She even let her sister get there nails done too.

Laney took ballet this summer. She didnt know anyone in her class and she was a little shy. She is our little tomboy and she was a little bored. However she looked cute and she learned her steps.

Chloe took a ballet class this summer with her friend Audrey. She loved it. She is so girly. I thought she would be bored, but she loved prancing around and she even had good technique.

During the heat of we headed off to Long Beach for our annual family camping trip. The weather was 65-75 degrees, a little cooler than we had hoped for, however since it was like a 100degrees at home we didnt complain. We wanted to get a family picture before my brother Lin and his family left to return to California, but when we finally got around to doing it the wind was blowing really hard.

Tony napping on the beach.
TJ eating sand and Cheetos.

Laney and Lauren in there tie dyed sweatshirts.

Going in to the town of Long Beach is one of our favorite things to do.

Halle got to ride the big go-karts this year. She wasnt old enough, but we figured she could handle it, since she rides all over on her four wheeler at home.

Chelsea and Laney. Laney is old enough to drive herself but she wasnt quite ready yet.

Tony and Chloe

Halle and her soccer team played in two soccer tournaments during July. The Kent Cornucopia which they took first place, and the King of the hill in Puyallup which they took second place. I didnt take a single picture.
This is our drive-in picture. We have never been to a drive in as a family and it was alot of fun, however we didnt get home until 2:00am and that is a little late for us, so I dont think we will be doing it again anytime soon.
Our friends the Kimaballs recently purchased some lake property in Cle Elum Wa and they invited us up to check it out. It was so relaxful, most of the time we spent with our chairs in the water just visiting.
Stefanie and Tony.

Halle and Graysen, they wouldnt turn around for a pic so this how they will be remembered.
