Tj had his first haircut today. Our wonderful friend Amanda cut his hair. He didnt even cry and he looks so big.

Before

The finished product. Not a huge change but cute none the less.

We made cupcakes in class this week. Here are my version of clowns and flowers. Remember this is my first time and I am noncrafty.

Between classes I had the opportunity to learn how to decorate cookies and this very talented lady I knows home. It was alot more fun than cake decorating.

I have been taking cake decorating classes. Well two classes to be exact. And it is a huge undertaking. A cake every week. I am taking the class with some friends. Kristen, Stefanie and Tyrell. They are all better at this sort of thing, but it is fun to get out and do something for myself. So maybe I'll learn a few things. Heres our first cakes. Mind you we only had a few minutes at the end of class to decorate.

TEA PARTY!

Chloe and Laney attended their first tea party. It was at the home of Princess Preslee. They wore their party dresses and crowns and jewelry. They ate their food and shortly after were running around the house screaming.

LANEY turned 6years old on the 22nd. Laney was so lucky she got to celebrate her birthday 4 times. One with the Warmoths at Aunt Lelsey and Uncle JD Rushtons home. One at Grandma Davis, One at home with the Krotzers, Chappells, and the Heasslers and One at the movie theater with her best friends. It is so fun watching Laney grow. She is so loving of her family. She is very sensitive. She loves learning at school and church. She likes to read stories which she is now reading herself. Laney loves to talk which she has been known to talk and talk and talk and talk. lol. She also likes to play soccer. She is playing indoor soccer right now. Laney is tiny and very opionated. And we love her.
I know once again the cake isnt much to look at. That is why I am signing up for cake decorating with some friends of mine, so maybe it will be better next year. Maybe not Im not to talented in the decor area.

Gaby, Laney, Emersen and Preslee

At the movies they gave Laney a poster of the movie we were seeing. Hotel for Dogs and had all her friends sign it.

Laney actually got to start our movie. How fun.

We made it! To our 10yr annivesary that is. When we started thinking about our 10yr celebration we thought more like Hawaii, however we didnt know we would have a cute little son who so depends on mom and dad so much, so we decided to postpone a little on that plan. However we did go out a little we went to Leavenworth for the weekend. We we met up with some of our good friends the Chappells who were also celebrating an annivesary. We loved our hotel. Indoor swimming and yummy breakfast.

I asked jeremy to send me some pics he took of our trip he said no, so here is a fun pic of him and Tony enjoying some German Sausage.

It was very cold. I am more of a summer person.

German food, not our thing. We like to try new things, but I dont think we will try it again.

We were invloved in a wedding for Ron and Cassie Krotzer. We have known the Krotzer family for many many years.
Halle, Laney and Chloe were flower girls.

Tj was the ring bearer. I didnt get a good pic of him but he looked really cute. He didnt actually get to carry the rings.

This was just the practice round I did have shoes. I walked with Rikel and everyone thought I was a teenager. Dorky huh?

TJ turned 1yr on the 6th. How can our baby be 1 already? We did the small family party for him. He was sick with a fever. TJ tried to be happy, he knew the party was for him, but most of the time he just fussed or looked disinterested in what was happening.

He fell asleep on the floor while mom and dad were trying to get dinner on.

His first remote control car and the cute shirt from Grandma and Grandpa Davis. The airplane is from the Krotzers the red coat is from Ron and Cassie.(kinda a side joke) and the penguin is from mom and dad

I know the cake makes me cry too. It was a last minute thing. At first TJ would only put his finger in the frosting and lick the frosting off, but when we gave him a spoon he dug in. He was happy till he was done.

Its snowing and snowing in Washington Yippee! I think.... It is so beautiful, however having the kids home from school for an extra few days when I should be wrapping presents and baking and shopping is kinda crazy. The kids want to be entertained and the roads are icy. However we did get out and play in the snow with our friends the Kimball's. We also ventured to the mall. Which was soo fun. Tony and T.J.
