The last three months have been crazy. Have you heard of the over worked children. Well I think our whole family is overworked. Soccer 3 days a week (thats two kids in soccer so thats two games and 4 practices a week.) Volleyball 3 days a week. Piano lessons, activity days, mutual (which is way out of my league at this point, since I have 4 young children and a husband with a new unreliable job schedule) Plus a 4th grader, a kindergardner, a preschooler and a baby( who is very needy) Anyways we have been a little busy and a little crazy. Halle's soccer team is Awesome and Laney is so cute to watch. If your wondering about Halle's headband in her volleyball pic that was all her. I was taking care of my other children and I looked up to see Halle walking away from her pic with her headband done up like she was from the 80's.

Laney started kindergarten on Thursday. I left the little kids with Tony all prepared for Laney to cry or refuse to go in, however the only one with a problem was me of course. I didnt cry because I didnt want to upset her but it was a sad sad day for me.
With four children I dont seem to take pics when I should and I forgot to take one of Halle on her first day of 4th grade. However I kinda got her on her 2nd day.
Today Laney asked me if she could walk in to school by herself. I told her maybe on Monday. I'm not ready to let my little Laney walk in the big school all by herself, what if she gets sad? Halle always wanted me to take her to class and after school she wanted me standing outside her classroom. Every day for the whole year.
I got Halle on her 3rd day too. Just trying to make up for the first day.
TJ was laying on the floor playing with Laney's new backpack and I realized that he isn't much bigger than the backpack.

We went to the Sandwich party at the library with our friends the Chappell's. The kids get to pick from a couple tables full of goodies and they get to make their own sandwich. I think they pretty much stuck to PB&J, but they did get alot of treats on the side.

Grandpa Ken and Grandma Annie take our kids that are going to school shopping before the first day. Grandpa couldn't come this year so I filled in. The only rule was I couldn't pick out anything. The girls get to pick what they want. If you know me then you know that I can be pretty opinionated, However I upheld my part of the bargain and the kids picked out cute things. Not neccesarily things I would have picked, but cute things.
Our little Chloe was a flower girl in Ross and Desiree Krotzer's wedding this last week. There were two flower girls a two yr old and Chloe. It was interesting getting them to go down the aisle. Halle saved the day and walked the little girls down the aisle.( because mom didn't want to) The wedding was a cute backyard barbeque on the Puyallup River.

My big brothers like to lift the girls up above their heads and then slam them into the couch. Uncle Chris and Uncle Josh have been power bombing (Josh's term) Halle since she was very young. She is getting alot bigger now that she is alomost 10yrs old. So Josh decided to try Laney. He tried Halle but couldn't quite get her up.
